The Valley Club recreational complex is
one of the largest and most comprehensive
private community-based recreational facilities
found among San Diego’s existing master-planned
communities. It offers residents a variety
of social, fitness and recreation activities
for both youth and adult, and has become
the focal point for community gatherings
and celebrations.
The Valley Club consists of a “village green” complete
with manicured lawn and park benches, a play area
and gazebo. Additional on-site facilities include
trellis-covered patios and a gated swimming facility
featuring a competition-size swimming pool, a spa,
wading pool, picnic and barbecue area, and a cabana
with restrooms and showers. Also located within the
grounds are a pre-school and kindergarten, as well
as tennis courts, a fitness gym, and community area
that includes a meeting/conference room with a kitchen,
an open-air courtyard with a fountain and free-standing
fireplace.
All reservations must be made in person. Dates can not be
reserved by phone. Reserving the clubhouse for a private function
is for our community homeowners and residents only. A non-
refundable service fee is required, which is to be paid separately
from the required deposit fee at the time the reservation is being
made. Checks are to be made payable to La Costa Valley Master
Association.
The resident hosting the event is required to provide proof of
liability insurance at least 3 weeks prior to their event. In most
cases, the resident host is required to provide a Certificate of
Insurance listing La Costa Valley Master Association and
Professional Community Management, as additional insured.

Storage Lot can house 63 vehicles. The individual
spaces range between 191 and 683 square feet
and are available to residents on the “Waiting
List” as they become available.
All residents must provide proof of insurance
and current vehicle registration to store
a vehicle within the lot. Currently, the
RV Storage Lot is full and a waiting list
