Costa Valley community consists of 1073 residential homes, natural open spaces, landscaped areas, a landscaped trail systems, neighborhood parks, recreational vehicle storage area along with “The
Valley Club” our private recreational facility.
The Valley Club clubhouse consists of a junior Olympic pool, wading pool, spa, tennis courts, weight room, and a tot-lot and gazebo area. Residents and their guest can also enjoy the TV lounge, community meeting room, full kitchen facility, and a courtyard which offers an outdoor fireplace. Monthly events are scheduled at the clubhouse for the enjoyment of our residents and their guests. Private and group lessons are offered by certified instructors in tennis, swimming, yoga and pilates.
